If you do not have a will when you pass away there is a system called Intestacy which will determine where your wealth goes. However, Intestacy is very inflexible.

Our costs include attendance upon you and taking your instructions, drafting the Will, dealing with execution of the Will and storing it in our secure safe. Please note if we attend upon you outside of our offices then travel time and mileage will be charged. Any additional disbursements will be explained to the client prior to the cost being incurred.
