Court of Protection

Sometimes to help an ailing family member you need to deal with the Court of Protection.

The Court of Protection is there to help people who have not appointed anyone with Lasting Powers of Attorney, but who have now lost their mental capacity and are vulnerable.

Unfortunately, dealing with Court of Protection is a lot more expensive and involves a lot more work when compared against Power of Attorney. However it may be the only option you have if you need to ensure someone you love and care for is well looked after.

We do everything we can to obtain Court of Protection order on your behalf, and to help you maintain records and fulfil your obligations accordingly.

Call us or fill out the form on this page to request a free initial consultation, and we can have a chat about what is involved.
